We can make changes to the Terms. Updated Terms shall become valid at the moment they are published. If you continue to use the Site after that, it means you agree with updated Terms. If you do not agree with new Terms – please do not use the Site. If appropriate, we will notify you about changes in the Terms by email.

1. First Things First

In addition to the Terms, we kindly ask you to read our Privacy Policy. Although they are available in other documents, they are part of these Terms. They contain important information, such as how we use your personal information and what data rights you have.

Our Site is online tutoring platform, which helps you to target gaps in learning to ensure complete academic confidence. Our tutors (“writers”) provide academic support in subjects including Technology, Psychology, Design, Marketing, Management etc.

2. Account

You need an account to access our services (“Services”). Sign up with Google, Facebook or Apple accounts, this will allow you to avoid entering an email and password. Although you can create an account by entering your email and password. Choose the most convenient option.

3. Order Processing

To place an order and start looking for a writer, you need to specify certain details, including but not limited to: subject, topic, detailed instructions, writer’s level, your approximate budget, and due date.

When making an order, a user sets a deadline for the assignment preparation. The geek shall prepare the assignment within the term stipulated by the user.

Order tracking is possible in your account. For more information, please feel free to contact our support team.

4. Payment Terms

The pricing for our Services is based on a fixed-fee model. Once you place an order, you will see the total price. When payment for your order is received, we will process your order.

We use merchant services provider to bill you. These services providers enable your transfer and receipt of funds with minimal hassle. If the payment was not successfully settled and you do not cancel your order, we may suspend your access to the Services until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

For some payment methods, the issuer may charge additional fees, such as currency exchange fees or online payment processing fees. Local tax charges may vary depending on the payment method used and may be added to the cost of our Services, if applicable. Please note that any taxes paid during the payment transaction may not be refundable. Check with your payment issuer or local tax authority for more details, as you are solely responsible for the payment of all such fees, commissions, or taxes, etc.

After the final product is uploaded (100% completion is stated in your Order) you have 3 days to send us any complaints regarding the quality or compliance of the product with your initial instructions. At the end of this period we will email you a reminder about the payment for the Services performed. Please, review the product carefully before releasing the full amount of money reserved for the Order. If no complaints or revision requests are received within this 3-day period, the money reserved for the Order will be automatically released to the writer on the 4th day. Once the full amount is released, it is deemed that the product is complete and accepted by you; therefore, no refund will be possible.

Account Balance.

The available balance on your account may be used within six months from the date it is added. After six months, the Company reserves the right to withdraw any remaining balance. You may request a reversal of the remaining balance anytime prior to the withdrawal date.

5. Refund and Chargeback

Although chargebacks and refunds both involve the return of funds, they’re very different. Chargebacks and refunds usually happen for the same reason: you are unsatisfied with your purchase and you want your money back. Please read this section carefully before making payment.

Refund. You can request a reversal of your payment transaction (“Refund”) if you believe that our product or Services were accomplished below the standards and requirements in your order form or our Terms. We may give Refunds for some products at our discretion according to these Terms.

Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. In countries and regions with consumer law protections, you retain your rights under these protections.

Quality-based Refund requests are reviewed by our quality assurance team and processed within 3-5 business days after the request was received. The Refund will be provided either to your account balance or to your original payment method.

If you are not satisfied with the product and/or order Revision did not result in the desired product, and/or order revision is not an option for you – you are entitled to request a Refund during the Refund period while the order is in progress. The Refund period begins immediately after the deadline to provide the product expires and elapses after 72 hours. The relevant countdown is made by our system, upon the expiration of the Refund period no Refund is possible.

Your payment is refundable in the following cases:

• If you decided to cancel your order 20 minutes after you submitted it. If this time frame has been missed, partial compensation would be possible, as we need to cover the costs incurred by the writer and the Company in providing you with the services you have purchased.
• If you paid twice for the same order – a Refund of the second payment will be provided after your confirmation. Please note that if you place two identical Orders and pay for both, we will assume that you need both Orders to be completed and start working on them. Therefore, if any of the Orders are paid by mistake, please make sure you contact us within 20 minutes after the Order placement to clarify the situation.
• If the product was provided after the set deadline.
• If the product does not conform to the initial instructions on the order form.

No Refund is possible in the following cases:

• your order status is displayed as “finished”;
• if you simply state that you are not satisfied with the product or Services provided;
• if the product delivery date was missed because you provided insufficient materials or we could not contact you via the provided means of communication;
• if the email address specified in your user account is invalid;
• if the deadline placed in the order form differs from the actual one;
• if personal information has been shared with the writer, and we suspect that you have contacted the writer outside of our platform to bypass our policies.

Please note that the final refund amount is established according to the quality assurance team’s investigation results.

Grade Guarantee. Grade Guarantee is an additional provision offered with any submission. This provision ensures that clients are eligible for a Refund if they do not receive a grade of at least an A- (or its equivalent) for their submission. The refund amount under this guarantee is the total cost of the transaction. For the purpose of this guarantee, if grades are not presented as letter grades, then percent grades or grades on a 4.0 scale will be accepted in accordance with the detailed grading table provided within our refund policy. This grading table is an essential part of the refund policy, elaborating on the conversion between letter grades, percent grades, and 4.0 scale grades to establish eligibility for the Grade Guarantee refund.

The evidence must clearly show that the grade belongs to the client (including client’s name, topic, or description of the work). The document should be reliable and credible, displaying the entire page with feedback to verify the platform, student, subject, and other relevant details. Video evidence is also acceptable where the client shows their online dashboard displaying all necessary details. If results cannot be matched with the work done by our writer, it is grounds for denying a refund. This Value-Added Service can now be purchased for any order, not just academic ones.

Grade Guarantee Eligibility:

The Grade Guarantee service is exclusively available to our U.S. clients who have opted for this service at the time of their transaction. To be eligible for a refund under the Grade Guarantee, clients are required to submit a photograph or a copy of the certificate or grade printout, along with the professor's feedback, clearly indicating the grade received for the submission completed by our service. Eligibility for claiming a refund under the Grade Guarantee is within 6 months from the date of the transaction. All grade assessments for the purpose of this guarantee are subject to our discretion. Decisions regarding refunds under the Grade Guarantee are final and binding.

Chargeback. A chargeback (dispute) (“Chargeback”) is a procedure of challenging a transaction initiated by the issuer on, following payment amount withdrawal and returned to the cardholder. This procedure is initiated by the (bank) issuer and performed by the acquirer, and not by us. If you initiate a chargeback request and a 100% refund is granted, you are not allowed to use the product and our Services.

6. Third Party Links

Our Site contains links to other websites belonging to third parties which are not covered by this Terms. If you want to go through to a third party website, please make sure that you read policies for that website.

Our Geeks may also send you links to third party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility for the content, products, services, advertising or other materials which may be provided by or through third party websites.

7. User Content

You can submit, upload, post, display, communicate or otherwise publish content, such as screenshots, comments, testimonials, images, files, links and other materials (“User Content”).

By posting your User Content, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, transferable, fully sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for providing Services.

9. Liability

Violating these Terms will result in a liability unless otherwise provided here. You are responsible that other people using the Site through your Internet access are familiar with these Terms and not violate them.

10. Final Terms

These Terms shall remain in force until terminated by the Company. The Company may terminate these Terms at any time at its own discretion without explaining the reasons for this decision.

Neither we nor any of our partners shall be liable for your inappropriate, illegal, unethical, or otherwise wrongful use of the product by you. This includes academic probation, loss of scholarships/titles/awards/prizes/grants/positions, lawsuits, poor grading, failure, suspension, or any other disciplinary or legal actions.

If any questions have not been regulated by these Terms, they shall be regulated under the applicable law.

Our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years and older, who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
